A: This question is wrong; since we cannot ask whether Allah is capable of creating another God like Him because it is impossible to have another God. That is not because Allah is incapable of creating it, but since it is impossible to have a God other than Him. Besides, the capability lies in creating what could in its nature be created and not in creating what is impossible.
