بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
1.
To say 100 times:
"I seek the forgiveness of Allah and I repent before Him."
An taqoola mi'ata marrah:
Astaghfirullah wa atubu ilayh.
أَنْ تَقُولَ 100 مَرَّةً:
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

Recite the following supplication:
O He Who has been always there before all things, And He then created all things, And He then stays while all things vanish. O He Whose like is not found at all; O He; neither in the highest heavens, Nor in the lowest layers of the earth, Nor above them, nor beneath them, nor there is between them any god that is worshipped save Him. To You be the praise that none can count save You, So, please bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad with the blessings that none can count save You.
Iqra' ad-du'a al-ati:
Ya Dhal-ladhi kana qabla kulli shay'in, thumma khalaqa kulla shay'in, thumma yabqa wa yafna kullu shay'in. Ya Dhal-ladhi laysa ka-mithlihi shay'un, wa Ya Dhal-ladhi laysa fi al-samawat al-'ula, wa la fi al-ardina al-sufla, wa la fawqahunna wa la tahtahunna wa la baynahunna ilahun yu'badu ghayruh. Laka al-hamdu hamdan la yaqwa 'ala ihsa'ihi illa Anta. Fa salli 'ala Muhammadin wa Ali Muhammadin salatan la yaqwa 'ala ihsa'iha illa Anta.
اقْرَأِ الدُّعَاءَ الآتِيَ:
يا ذا الذي كان قبل كلّ شيء، ثم خلَقَ كلّ شيء، ثم يبقى ويفنى كلّ شيء. يا ذا الذي ليس كمثله شيء، ويا ذا الّذي ليس في السماوات العُلى، ولا في الأرضين السّفلى، ولا فوقهُنّ، ولا تحتهُنّ، ولا بينهُنّ إلهٌ يُعبدُ غيره. لك الحمدُ حمداً لا يقوى على إحصائه إلا أنت. فصلِّ على محمّدٍ وآل محمّدٍ، صلاةً لا يقوى على إحصائها إلا أنت.

Recite the following supplication:
O Allah: I beseech You regarding that which You decide and determine from the inevitable decisions that You make on the Night of Qadr—decisions that are neither retreated nor altered—that You may include me with the pilgrims to Your Holy House, whose pilgrimage is admitted by You and whose efforts are thankfully accepted by You, and whose sins are forgiven by You, and whose offenses are pardoned by You, and that You, also within Your determined decisions, that You decide for me a long life, and expansive sustenance, and that You help me fulfill my trusts and settle my debts. Respond to me; O the Lord of the worlds.
Iqra' ad-du'a al-ati:
Allahumma inni as'aluka fi ma taqdi wa tuqaddir min al-amril-mahtumi fi laylatil-qadr, minal-qada'il-ladhi la yuraddu wa la yubaddal, an taktubani min hujjaji baytikal-haram, al-mabruri hajjuhum, al-mashkuri sa'yuhum, al-maghfuri dhunubuhum, al-mukaffari 'anhum sayyi'atuhum. Waj'al fi ma taqdi wa tuqaddir an tutila 'umri, wa tuwassi'a 'alayya rizqi, wa tu'addiya 'anni amanati wa dayni. Amin, Rabb al-'alamin.
اقْرَأِ الدُّعَاءَ الآتِيَ:
اللّهمّ إني أسألك فيما تقضي وتقدِّر من الأمر المحتومِ في ليلة القدر، من القضاء الذي لا يُردّ ولا يُبدّل، أن تكتُبني من حجّاج بيتك الحرام، المبرور حجُّهُم، المشكور سعيُهُم، المغفور ذنوبُهُم، المكفَّر عنهم سيّئاتهم. واجعل فيما تقضي وتقدِّر أن تطيل عمري، وتوسِّع عليَّ في رزقي، وتؤدّي عنّي أمانتي ودَيني. آمين ربَّ العالمين.
