In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
O Allah, send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad!
allahumma salli 'ala muhammadin wa ali muhammad
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ!
O Allah, I begin glorifying You with Your Praise.
allahumma inni aftatihut-thanaa bihamdik
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَفْتَتِحُ الثَّنَاءَ بِحَمْدِكَ
You direct towards what is right through Your Grace.
wa anta musaddidun lis-sawabi bimannik
وَأَنْتَ مُسَدِّدٌ لِلصَّوَابِ بِمَنِّكَ
I am convinced that You are the most Merciful in matters of forgiveness and mercy, but most severe in matters of warning and retribution, and the most mighty in matters of power and magnificence.
wa ayqantu annaka anta arhamur-rahimin fi mawdi'il-'afwi war-rahmah, wa ashaddu al-mu'aqibin fi mawdi'in-nakali wan-niqmah, wa a'zamul-mutajabbirin fi mawdi'il-kibriya'i wal-'azamah
وَأَيْقَنْتُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ فِي مَوْضِعِ الْعَفْوِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ، وَأَشَدُّ الْمُعَاقِبِينَ فِي مَوْضِعِ النَّكَالِ وَالنِّقْمَةِ، وَأَعْظَمُ الْمُتَجَبِّرِينَ فِي مَوْضِعِ الْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ.
O Allah, You have allowed me to supplicate to You and ask from You, then hear my praise O One who hears all, and answer my call O Merciful, and decrease my mistakes O most Forgiving.
allahumma adhintali fi du'a'ik wa mas'alatik fasma' ya sami'u midhati, wa ajib ya rahimu da'wati, wa aqil ya ghafur 'athrati
اللَّهُمَّ أَذِنْتَ لِي فِي دُعَائِكَ وَمَسْأَلَتِكَ فَاسْمَعْ يَا سَمِيعُ مِدْحَتِي، وَأَجِبْ يَا رَحِيمُ دَعْوَتِي، وَأَقِلْ يَا غَفُورُ عَثْرَتِي
How often, O my God, You have relieved me of troubles, how many griefs You have dispelled, how many mistakes You have prevented, how many blessings You have spread, and how many series of afflictions You have separated!
fakam ya ilahi min kurbatin qad farrajtaha, wa humumin qad kashaftaha, wa 'athratin qad aqaltaha, wa rahmatin qad nashartaha, wa halqati bala'in qad fakaktaha
فَكَمْ يَا إِلَهِي مِنْ كُرْبَةٍ قَدْ فَرَّجْتَهَا، وَهُمُومٍ قَدْ كَشَفْتَهَا، وَعَثْرَةٍ قَدْ أَقَلْتَهَا، وَرَحْمَةٍ قَدْ نَشَرْتَهَا، وَحَلْقَةِ بَلَاءٍ قَدْ فَكَكْتَهَا.
All Praise is for Allah who has not taken a wife nor a son, who has no partner in His Kingdom, who has no friend to protect Him from humiliation, so magnify Him with a great Magnificence.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi lam yattakhidh sahibatan wa la walada, wa lam yakun lahu sharikun fil-mulk, wa lam yakun lahu waliyyun minadh-dhull, wa kabbirhu takbira
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَلَا وَلَداً، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ، وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيراً.
All Praise is for Allah for all His praiseworthy acts, for all His favors and blessings.
alhamdu lil-lahi bijami'i mahamidihi kulliha, 'ala jami'i ni'amihi kulliha
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ بِجَمِيعِ مَحَامِدِهِ كُلِّهَا، عَلَى جَمِيعِ نِعَمِهِ كُلِّهَا.
All Praise is for Allah who has no opposition in His Kingdom, nor any challenge to His command.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi la mudadda lahu fi mulkihi, wa la munazi'a lahu fi amrih
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَا مُضَادَّ لَهُ فِي مُلْكِهِ، وَلَا مُنَازِعَ لَهُ فِي أَمْرِهِ.
All Praise is for Allah who has no partner in creation, nor anyone like Him in His Greatness.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi la sharika lahu fi khalqih, wa la shabiha lahu fi 'azamatih
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ فِي خَلْقِهِ، وَلَا شَبِيهَ لَهُ فِي عَظَمَتِهِ.
All Praise is for Allah, His commands operate over His creation.
alhamdu lil-lahil-fashi fil-khalqi amruhu wa hamduhu
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الْفَاشِي فِي الْخَلْقِ أَمْرُهُ وَحَمْدُهُ
His Praise is evident through His Generosity, Whose bestowal stretches out liberally.
az-zahiri bil-karami majduhu, al-basiti bil-judi yadahu
الظَّاهِرِ بِالْكَرَمِ مَجْدُهُ، الْبَاسِطِ بِالْجُودِ يَدَهُ
His treasures never decrease, (rather) the frequency of His Giving increases His Generosity and Kindness, surely He is the Mighty, the Bestower.
al-ladhi la tanqusu khaza'inuh, wa la taziduhu kathratul-'ata'i illa judan wa karama, innahu huwal-'azizul-wahhab
الَّذِي لَا تَنْقُصُ خَزَائِنُهُ، وَلَا تَزِيدُهُ كَثْرَةُ الْعَطَاءِ إِلَّا جُوداً وَكَرَماً، إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْوَهَّابُ.
O Allah I ask You a little from much, although I am in great need of it, while You are eternally needless of it, though it is a lot for me, while it is easy and simple for You.
allahumma inni as'aluka qalilan min kathir, ma'a haajatin bi ilayhi 'azimatin, wa ghinaka 'anhu qadim, wa huwa 'indi kathir, wa huwa 'alayka sahlun yasir
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ قَلِيلاً مِنْ كَثِيرٍ، مَعَ حَاجَةٍ بِي إِلَيْهِ عَظِيمَةٍ، وَغِنَاكَ عَنْهُ قَدِيمٌ، وَهُوَ عِنْدِي كَثِيرٌ، وَهُوَ عَلَيْكَ سَهْلٌ يَسِيرٌ.
O Allah, indeed Your forgiveness of my sins, and Your overlooking my faults, Your pardoning my oppression, Your hiding my ugly deeds, and Your forbearing my many wrongs – done intentionally or unintentionally – tempted me to ask from You what I did not deserve from You, which You (still) gave me out of Your Mercy, provided me by Your Power and made known to me from Your answers.
allahumma inna 'afwaka 'an dhanbi, wa tajawuzaka 'an khati'ati, wa safhaka 'an zulmi, wa satraka 'ala qabih 'amali, wa hilmaka 'an kathiri jurmi, 'indama kana min khati'i wa 'amdi, atma'ani fi an as'alaka ma la astawjibuhu mink, al-ladhi razaqtani min rahmatik, wa araytani min qudratik, wa 'arraftani min ijabatik
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ عَفْوَكَ عَنْ ذَنْبِي، وَتَجَاوُزَكَ عَنْ خَطِيئَتِي، وَصَفْحَكَ عَنْ ظُلْمِي، وَسَتْرَكَ عَلَى قَبِيحِ عَمَلِي، وَحِلْمَكَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ جُرْمِي، عِنْدَمَا كَانَ مِنْ خَطَئِي وَعَمْدِي، أَطْمَعَنِي فِي أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَا أَسْتَوْجِبُهُ مِنْكَ، الَّذِي رَزَقْتَنِي مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ، وَأَرَيْتَنِي مِنْ قُدْرَتِكَ، وَعَرَّفْتَنِي مِنْ إِجَابَتِكَ
So I became habituated to call You trustingly, and ask You familiarly, neither fearing nor scared, but with confidence in You for what I intended.
fasirtu ad'uka amina, wa as'aluka musta'nisa, la kha'ifan wa la wajila, mudillan 'alayka fima qasadtufihi ilayk
فَصِرْتُ أَدْعُوكَ آمِناً، وَأَسْأَلُكَ مُسْتَأْنِساً، لَا خَائِفاً وَلَا وَجِلاً، مُدِلّاً عَلَيْكَ فِيمَا قَصَدْتُ فِيهِ إِلَيْكَ.
Then if there was a delay (in Your answer), I would blame You, due to my ignorance, and perhaps the delay was best for me, for You know the outcome of all affairs.
fa in abta'a 'anni 'atabtu bijahli 'alayk, wa la'allal-ladhi abta'a 'anni huwa khayrun li li'ilmika bi'aqibatil-umuri
فَإِنْ أَبْطَأَ عَنِّي عَتَبْتُ بِجَهْلِي عَلَيْكَ، وَلَعَلَّ الَّذِي أَبْطَأَ عَنِّي هُوَ خَيْرٌ لِي لِعِلْمِكَ بِعَاقِبَةِ الْأُمُورِ
I have not seen a more generous master, patient with a wretched slave than You are with me.
falam ara mawlan kariman asbara 'ala 'abdin la'imin minka 'alayya ya rabb
فَلَمْ أَرَ مَوْلًى كَرِيماً أَصْبَرَ عَلَى عَبْدٍ لَئِيمٍ مِنْكَ عَلَيَّ يَا رَبِّ
My Lord, You call me and I turn away from You, You show affection to me and I show hatred towards You, You display Your love for me and I do not respond, as though I am above You.
innaka tad'uni fa uwalli 'ank, wa tatahabbabu ilayya fa atabaghghadu ilayk, wa tatawaddadu ilayya fala aqbalu mink, ka'anna liyat-tatawwula 'alayk
إِنَّكَ تَدْعُونِي فَأُوَلِّي عَنْكَ، وَتَتَحَبَّبُ إِلَيَّ فَأَتَبَغَّضُ إِلَيْكَ، وَتَتَوَدَّدُ إِلَيَّ فَلَا أَقْبَلُ مِنْكَ، كَأَنَّ لِيَ التَّطَوُّلَ عَلَيْكَ
But this does not prevent You from having mercy on me, being good to me, and favoring me, through Your Generosity and Nobility, so please (continue to) have mercy on your ignorant slave, and be kind to him through the excellence of Your Grace, surely You are the Bountiful, the Generous.
falam yamna'ka dhalika minar-rahmati li, wal-ihsani ilayya, wat-tafadduli 'alayya bijudika wa karamik, farham 'abdakal-jahila, wa jud 'alayhi bifadli ihsanik, innaka jawwadun karim
فَلَمْ يَمْنَعْكَ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ لِي، وَالْإِحْسَانِ إِلَيَّ، وَالتَّفَضُّلِ عَلَيَّ بِجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ، فَارْحَمْ عَبْدَكَ الْجَاهِلَ، وَجُدْ عَلَيْهِ بِفَضْلِ إِحْسَانِكَ، إِنَّكَ جَوَادٌ كَرِيمٌ.
All Praise is for Allah, the Owner of the Kingdom Who makes the ships sail, controls the wind, causes the dawn to break; the authority on the Day of Judgment, the Lord of the worlds.
alhamdu lil-lahi malikil-mulk, mujril-fulk, musakhkhirir-riyah, faliqil-isbah, dayyanid-din, rabbil-'alamin
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ مَالِكِ الْمُلْكِ، مُجْرِي الْفُلْكِ، مُسَخِّرِ الرِّيَاحِ، فَالِقِ الْإِصْبَاحِ، دَيَّانِ الدِّينِ، رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.
All Praise is for Allah, for His patience despite His knowledge.
alhamdu lil-lahi 'ala hilmihi ba'da 'ilmih
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى حِلْمِهِ بَعْدَ عِلْمِهِ
All Praise is for Allah, for His forgiveness despite His power.
wal-hamdu lil-lahi 'ala 'afwihi ba'da qudratih
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى عَفْوِهِ بَعْدَ قُدْرَتِهِ
All Praise is for Allah, for the lengthy respite He gives despite His anger, though He has the power to do as He wills.
wal-hamdu lil-lahi 'ala tuli anatihi fi ghadabih, wa huwa qadirun 'ala ma yurid
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى طُولِ أَنَاتِهِ فِي غَضَبِهِ، وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى مَا يُرِيدُ.
All Praise is for Allah, the creator of all creation, the provider of plentiful sustenance, the cleaver of the dawn, the possessor of Glory and Honor, and Excellence and Blessings, Who is far and thus cannot be seen, but is close and thus witnesses secret conversations, Blessed and Exalted be His name.
alhamdu lil-lahi khaliqil-khalq, basitir-rizq, faliqil-isbah, dhil-jalali wal-ikrami wal-fadli wal-in'am, al-ladhi ba'uda fala yura, wa qaruba fashahidan-najwa, tabaraka wa ta'ala
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ خَالِقِ الْخَلْقِ، بَاسِطِ الرِّزْقِ، فَالِقِ الْإِصْبَاحِ، ذِي الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ وَالْفَضْلِ وَالْإِنْعَامِ، الَّذِي بَعُدَ فَلَا يُرَى، وَقَرُبَ فَشَهِدَ النَّجْوَى، تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى.
All Praise is for Allah Who has no equal who argues with Him, nor anyone similar to Him, nor any helper to support Him, He overpowers the mighty by His strength, the great humble themselves before His tremendousness, He accomplishes what He wishes through His power.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi laysa lahu munazi'un yu'adiluh, wa la shabihun yushakiluh, wa la zahirun yu'adiduh, qahara bi'izzatihil-a'izza', wa tawada'at li'azamatih il-'uzama', fabalagha biqudratihi ma yasha'
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَيْسَ لَهُ مُنَازِعٌ يُعَادِلُهُ، وَلَا شَبِيهٌ يُشَاكِلُهُ، وَلَا ظَهِيرٌ يُعَاضِدُهُ، قَهَرَ بِعِزَّتِهِ الْأَعِزَّاءَ، وَتَوَاضَعَتْ لِعَظَمَتِهِ الْعُظَمَاءُ، فَبَلَغَ بِقُدْرَتِهِ مَا يَشَاءُ.
All Praise is for Allah, Who answers me when I call Him, covers all my faults yet I disobey Him, increases His bounties on me, but I do not acknowledge them.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi yujibuni hina unadih, wa yasturu 'alayya kulla 'awratin wa ana a'sih, wa yu'azzimun-ni'mata 'alayya fala ujazih
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يُجِيبُنِي حِينَ أُنَادِيهِ، وَيَسْتُرُ عَلَيَّ كُلَّ عَوْرَةٍ وَأَنَا أَعْصِيهِ، وَيُعَظِّمُ النِّعْمَةَ عَلَيَّ فَلَا أُجَازِيهِ
How many pleasant gifts He has given me! How many great fears He has removed! How many delightful joys He has shown me!
fakam min mawhibatin hani'atin qad a'tani, wa 'azimatin makhufatin qad kafani, wa bahjatin muniqatin qad arani
فَكَمْ مِنْ مَوْهِبَةٍ هَنِيئَةٍ قَدْ أَعْطَانِي، وَعَظِيمَةٍ مَخُوفَةٍ قَدْ كَفَانِي، وَبَهْجَةٍ مُونِقَةٍ قَدْ أَرَانِي
Thus I glorify Him, thanking Him, and I remember Him with praise.
fa uthni 'alayhi hamida, wa adhkuruhu musabbiha
فَأُثْنِي عَلَيْهِ حَامِداً، وَأَذْكُرُهُ مُسَبِّحاً.
All praise is for Allah, Whose curtains cannot be opened, Whose doors cannot be locked, Who does not reject the one who asks Him, and Who does not disappoint the one who places hope in Him.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi la yuhtaku hijabuh, wa la yughlaqu babuh, wa la yuraddu sa'iluh, wa la yukhayyabu amiluh
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يُهْتَكُ حِجَابُهُ، وَلَا يُغْلَقُ بَابُهُ، وَلَا يُرَدُّ سَائِلُهُ، وَلَا يُخَيَّبُ آمِلُهُ.
All Praise is for Allah Who provides safety for the frightened, rescues the virtuous, raises the oppressed, humiliates the proud, destroys kings, and replaces them with others.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi yu'minul-kha'ifin, wa yunajis-salihin, wa yarfa'ul-mustad'afin, wa yada'ul-mustakbirin, wa yuhliku mulukan wa yastakhlifu akharin
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يُؤْمِنُ الْخَائِفِينَ، وَيُنَجِّي الصَّالِحِينَ، وَيَرْفَعُ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ، وَيَضَعُ الْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ، وَيُهْلِكُ مُلُوكاً وَيَسْتَخْلِفُ آخَرِينَ.
All Praise is for Allah, Who crushes the tyrants, annihilates the oppressors, watches over the runaways, punishes the oppressors, assists those who cry for help, grants the requests of the beseechers, and is the confidence of the believers.
wal-hamdu lil-lahi qasimil-jabbarin, mubiril-zalimin, mudrikil-haribin, nakaliz-zalimin, sarikhil-mustasrikhin, mawdi'i hajati-talibin, mu'tamadil-mu'minin
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ قَاصِمِ الْجَبَّارِينَ، مُبِيرِ الظَّالِمِينَ، مُدْرِكِ الْهَارِبِينَ، نَكَالِ الظَّالِمِينَ، صَرِيخِ الْمُسْتَصْرِخِينَ، مَوْضِعِ حَاجَاتِ الطَّالِبِينَ، مُعْتَمَدِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ.
All praise is for Allah, in Whose awe the skies and its inhabitants shake, the earth and its inhabitants tremble, the sea and all that swims in it billows.
wal-hamdu lil-lahil-ladhi man takhsha'u lahu samawatuha wa sukkanuha, wa tarjufu lahu al-aradu wa 'ummaruha, wa tamujju lahu al-biharu wa man yasbahu fi aghmariha
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي مَنْ تَخْشَعُ لَهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَسُكَّانُهَا، وَتَرْجُفُ لَهُ الْأَرَضُونَ وَعُمَّارُهَا، وَتَمُوجُ لَهُ الْبِحَارُ وَمَنْ يَسْبَحُ فِي غَمَرَاتِهَا.
All praise is for Allah Who guided us to this, and we would not have been guided, had He not guided us to this.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi hadana lihada wa ma kunna linahtadiya lawla an hadanallah
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ.
All Praise is for Allah, Who creates but is not created, gives sustenance but is not given sustenance, feeds but is not fed, causes the living to die and gives life to the dead.
alhamdu lil-lahil-ladhi yakhluqu wa la yukhlaq, wa yarzuqu wa la yurzaq, wa yut'imu wa la yut'am, wa yumitul-ahya'a wa yuhyil-mawta
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي يَخْلُقُ وَلَا يُخْلَقُ، وَيَرْزُقُ وَلَا يُرْزَقُ، وَيُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ، وَيُمِيتُ الْأَحْيَاءَ وَيُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى
He is ever-living and does not die, in His control is all good, and He has power over all things.
wa huwal-hayyul-ladhi la yamut, biyadhihil-khayr, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir
وَهُوَ الْحَيُّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ، بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.
O Allah, send Your Blessings on Muhammad, Your servant, Your Messenger, Your trustee, Your chosen One, Your beloved.
allahumma salli 'ala muhammad, 'abdika, wa rasulik, wa aminih, wa safiyyik, wa habibik
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ، وَأَمِينِكَ وَصَفِيِّكَ وَحَبِيبِكَ
The best of Your creation, the preserver of Your secrets, and the preacher of Your messages, prosperous, pleasant, holy and sublime more than what You have blessed given, had mercy, sympathized and greeted anyone from Your servants, Your Prophets, Your Messengers, Your chosen ones, and the honorable ones from Your creation.
wa khayri khalqik, wa hafizi sirrik, wa muballighi risalatik, afdali ma sallayta wa barakta wa tarahhamta wa tasallamta wa sallamta 'ala ahadin min 'ibadik, wa anbiya'ik, wa rusulik, wa safwatik, wa ahlil-karamati 'alayka min khalqik
وَخَيْرِ خَلْقِكَ، وَحَافِظِ سِرِّكَ، وَمُبَلِّغِ رِسَالَاتِكَ، أَفْضَلَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ وَبَارَكْتَ وَتَرَحَّمْتَ وَتَحَنَّنْتَ وَسَلَّمْتَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ، وَأَنْبِيَائِكَ، وَرُسُلِكَ، وَصَفْوَتِكَ، وَأَهْلِ الْكَرَامَةِ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ.
O Allah, and send Your blessings on Ali, the commander of the faithful, and the successor of the Messenger of the Lord of the worlds. Your servant, Your friend, the brother of Your Messenger, Your proof over creation, Your great sign, and the mighty awaited news.
allahumma wa salli 'ala 'aliy, amiril-mu'minin, wa wasiyyi rasuli rabbil-'alamin, 'abdik, wa waliyyik, wa akhi rasulik, wa hujjatika 'alal-khalq, wa ayatikal-kubra, wan-naba'il-'azim
اللَّهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ، أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَوَصِيِّ رَسُولِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ، عَبْدِكَ وَوَلِيِّكَ، وَأَخِي رَسُولِكَ، وَحُجَّتِكَ عَلَى الْخَلْقِ، وَآيَتِكَ الْكُبْرَى، وَالنَّبَأِ الْعَظِيمِ.
And send blessings on the truthful, pure (lady) Fatima Az-Zahra, the leader of the women of the worlds.
wa salli 'alas-siddiqatil-tahirah, fatimataz-zahra, sayyidati nisa'il-'alamin
وَصَلِّ عَلَى الصِّدِّيقَةِ الطَّاهِرَةِ، فَاطِمَةَ الزَّهْرَاءِ، سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِينَ.
And send Your blessings on the two grandsons of mercy, (to the world, i.e. the Prophet), the leaders of guidance, Al-Hassan and Al-Hussein; the leaders of the youths of Paradise.
wa salli 'ala sibtayir-rahmati wa imamayil-huda, al-hasan wal-husayn, sayyiday shababi ahlil-jannah
وَصَلِّ عَلَى سِبْطَيِ الرَّحْمَةِ وَإِمَامَيِ الْهُدَى، الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ، سَيِّدَيْ شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ.
And send blessings on the leaders of Muslims: Ali son of Al-Hussein, Muhammad son of Ali, Ja'afar son of Muhammad, Moussa son of Ja'afar, Ali son of Moussa, Muhammad son of Ali, Ali son of Muhammad, Al-Hassan son of Ali, and the successor, the guide and the rightly guided. (These are) Your proofs over Your servants, Your trustees on Your land, (bless them with) numerous and continuous blessings.
wa salli 'ala a'immatil-muslimin, 'aliy ibn al-husayn, wa muhammad ibn 'aliy, wa ja'far ibn muhammad, wa musa ibn ja'far, wa 'aliy ibn musa, wa muhammad ibn 'aliy, wa 'aliy ibn muhammad, wal-hasan ibn 'aliy, wal-khalafi al-hadi al-mahdi. hujajika 'ala 'ibadik, wa umana'ika fi biladik, salatan kathiratan da'imah
وَصَلِّ عَلَى أَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ: عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، وَجَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَى، وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَالْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، وَالْخَلَفِ الْهَادِي الْمَهْدِيِّ. حُجَجِكَ عَلَى عِبَادِكَ، وَأُمَنَائِكَ فِي بِلَادِكَ، صَلَاةً كَثِيرَةً دَائِمَةً.
O Allah and send blessings on the guardian of Your orders, the one who will rise, the one hoped for, the awaited justice.
allahumma wa salli 'ala waliyyi amrikil-qa'imil-mu'ammal, wal-'adlil-muntazar
اللَّهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى وَلِيِّ أَمْرِكَ الْقَائِمِ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، وَالْعَدْلِ الْمُنْتَظَرِ
Surround him with Your favorite angels, and assist him with the holy spirit, O Lord of the worlds.
wa huffahu bimala'ikatikal-muqarrabin, wa ayyidhu biruhil-qudus ya rabbal-'alamin
وَحُفَّهُ بِمَلَائِكَتِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ، وَأَيِّدْهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ.
O Allah, appoint him to invite towards Your book, to establish Your religion, make him the successor on the earth, as You caused others to succeed before him, establish for him his religion which You have approved for him, give him security after fear, (so) he worships You and does not associate any with You.
allahummaj-'alhud-da'iya ila kitabik, wal-qa'ima bidinik, istakhilifhu fil-ardi kamastakhlaftal-ladhina min qablih, makkil lahu dinahulladhi-artadaytahu lah, abdilhu min ba'di khawfihi amnan ya'buduka la yushriku bika shay'a
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ الدَّاعِيَ إِلَى كِتَابِكَ، وَالْقَائِمَ بِدِينِكَ، اسْتَخْلِفْهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفْتَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ، مَكِّنْ لَهُ دِينَهُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَيْتَهُ لَهُ، أَبْدِلْهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِ أَمْناً يَعْبُدُكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِكَ شَيْئاً.
O Allah, give him power and through him strengthen (others), help him and help (others) through him, help him with a mighty help, give him an easy victory, and grant him an assisting authority from You.
allahumma a'izzahu wa a'izz bih, wansurhu wantasir bih, wansurhu nasran 'aziza, waftah lahu fathan yasira, waj'al lahu min ladunka sultanan nasira
اللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّهُ وَأَعْزِزْ بِهِ، وَانْصُرْهُ وَانْتَصِرْ بِهِ، وَانْصُرْهُ نَصْراً عَزِيزاً، وَافْتَحْ لَهُ فَتْحاً يَسِيراً، وَاجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ سُلْطَاناً نَصِيراً.
O Allah, make manifest through him Your religion, and the way of Your Prophet, until nothing from the truth remains hidden from any human being.
allahumma azhir bihi dinaka wa sunnata nabiyyik, hatta la yastakhfiya bishay'in minal-haqqi makhafata ahadin minal-khalq
اللَّهُمَّ أَظْهِرْ بِهِ دِينَكَ وَسُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكَ، حَتَّى لَا يَسْتَخْفِيَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الْحَقِّ مَخَافَةَ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْخَلْقِ.
O Allah, we earnestly desire from You an honored state, through which You strengthen Islam and its people, and degrade hypocrisy and its followers.
allahumma inna narghabu ilayka fi dawlatin karimah, tu'izzu bihal-islama wa ahlah, wa tudhillu bihan-nifaq wa ahlah
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَرْغَبُ إِلَيْكَ فِي دَوْلَةٍ كَرِيمَةٍ، تُعِزُّ بِهَا الْإِسْلَامَ وَأَهْلَهُ، وَتُذِلُّ بِهَا النِّفَاقَ وَأَهْلَهُ
And make us in it, amongst the inviters towards Your obedience, and the leaders to Your path; give us through it honor of the world and the Hereafter.
wa taj'aluna fiha minad-du'ati ila ta'atik, wal-qadati ila sabilik, wa tarzuquna biha karamatad-dunya wal-akhirah
وَتَجْعَلُنَا فِيهَا مِنَ الدُّعَاةِ إِلَى طَاعَتِكَ، وَالْقَادَةِ إِلَى سَبِيلِكَ، وَتَرْزُقُنَا بِهَا كَرَامَةَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ.
O Allah, what You have made known to us of the truth help us bear it, and what we fall short make us reach it.
allahumma ma 'arraftana minal-haqqi fahammilnah, wa ma qassurna 'anhu faballighnah
اللَّهُمَّ مَا عَرَّفْتَنَا مِنَ الْحَقِّ فَحَمِّلْنَاهُ، وَمَا قَصُرْنَا عَنْهُ فَبَلِّغْنَاهُ.
O Allah, through him, put order in our affairs, gather and unite our flocks, join together our separations, increase our minority, lift us from degradation, relieve our miseries, pull us out of our debts, remove our poverty, fill the gaps in our confusion, ease our difficulties, brighten our faces, free our prisoners, grant our requests, fulfill our promises, answer our calls, grant us our requests, cause us to obtain what we hope for from this world and the hereafter, and give us more than our expectations.
allahummal-mum bihi sha'athana, wash'ab bihi sad'ana, wartuq bihi fatqana, wa kaththir bihi qillatana, wa a'izz bihi dhillatana, wa aghni bihi 'a'ilana, waqdi bihi 'an maghramina, wajbur bihi faqrana, wa sudd bihi khallatana, wa yassir bihi 'usrana, wa bayyid bihi wujuhana, wa fukka bihi asrana, wa anjih bihi talibatana, wa anjiz bihi mawa'idana, wastajib bihi da'watana, wa a'tina bihi su'lana, wa ballighna bihi minad-dunya wal-akhirati amalana, wa a'tina fawqa raghbatina
اللَّهُمَّ الْْمُمْ بِهِ شَعَثَنَا، وَاشْعَبْ بِهِ صَدْعَنَا، وَارْتُقْ بِهِ فَتْقَنَا، وَكَثِّرْ بِهِ قِلَّتَنَا، وَأَعِزَّ بِهِ ذِلَّتَنَا، وَأَغْنِ بِهِ عَائِلَنَا، وَاقْضِ بِهِ عَنْ مَغْرَمِنَا، وَاجْبُرْ بِهِ فَقْرَنَا، وَسُدَّ بِهِ خَلَّتَنَا، وَيَسِّرْ بِهِ عُسْرَنَا، وَبَيِّضْ بِهِ وُجُوهَنَا، وَفُكَّ بِهِ أَسْرَنَا، وَأَنْجِحْ بِهِ طَلِبَتَنَا، وَأَنْجِزْ بِهِ مَوَاعِيدَنَا، وَاسْتَجِبْ بِهِ دَعْوَتَنَا، وَأَعْطِنَا بِهِ سُؤْلَنَا، وَبَلِّغْنَا بِهِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ آمَالَنَا، وَأَعْطِنَا فَوْقَ رَغْبَتِنَا
O the best of all who are asked, and the most generous of bestowers, through him, cleanse our chests, remove the stains of anger and hatred from our hearts and guide us to the truth on disputed matters, by Your permission, surely You guide whom You wish to the right path.
ya khayral-mas'ulin, wa awsa'al-mu'tin, ishfi bihi sudurana, wa adzhib bihi ghayza qulubina, wahdina bihi limakhtulifa fihi minal-haqqi bi'idhnika, innaka tahdi man tasha'u ila siratin mustaqim
يَا خَيْرَ الْمَسْئُولِينَ، وَأَوْسَعَ الْمُعْطِينَ، اشْفِ بِهِ صُدُورَنَا، وَأَذْهِبْ بِهِ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِنَا، وَاهْدِنَا بِهِ لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ، إِنَّكَ تَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
Through him, help us to overcome Your enemy and our enemy.
wansurna bihi 'ala 'aduwwika wa 'aduwwina ilahal-haqqi
وَانْصُرْنَا بِهِ عَلَى عَدُوِّكَ وَعَدُوِّنَا إِلَهَ الْحَقِّ
Ameen.
amin
آمِينَ.
O Allah, we complain to You of the absence of our Prophet, Your blessings be on him and his family, the concealment of our leader the abundance of our enemies, the scarcity of our numbers, the severity of our trials and the victory of the era against us.
allahumma inna nashku ilayka faqda nabiyyina salawatuka 'alayhi wa alih, wa ghaybata waliyyina, wa kathrata 'aduwwina, wa qillata 'adadina, wa shiddatal-fitani bina, wa tazahuraz-zamani 'alayna
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَشْكُو إِلَيْكَ فَقْدَ نَبِيِّنَا صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ، وَغَيْبَةَ وَلِيِّنَا، وَكَثْرَةَ عَدُوِّنَا، وَقِلَّةَ عَدَدِنَا، وَشِدَّةَ الْفِتَنِ بِنَا، وَتَظَاهُرَ الزَّمَانِ عَلَيْنَا
So bless Muhammad and his family, and help us overcome that by granting us an immediate victory, dispersing miseries, giving us a help that strengthens, providing an authority of truth which You manifest, a mercy from You which is clear to us, and a wellbeing from You which clothes us, by Your mercy O Most merciful!
fasalli 'ala muhammadin wa alih, wa a'inna 'ala dhalika bifathhin minka tu'ajjiluh, wa bidurrin takshifuh, wa nasrin tu'izzuh, wa sultani haqqin tuzhiruh, wa rahmatin minka tujallilunaha, wa 'afiyatin minka tulbisunaha, birahmatika ya arhamar-rahimin
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ، وَأَعِنَّا عَلَى ذَلِكَ بِفَتْحٍ مِنْكَ تُعَجِّلُهُ، وَبِضُرٍّ تَكْشِفُهُ، وَنَصْرٍ تُعِزُّهُ، وَسُلْطَانِ حَقٍّ تُظْهِرُهُ، وَرَحْمَةٍ مِنْكَ تُجَلِّلُنَاهَا، وَعَافِيَةٍ مِنْكَ تُلْبِسُنَاهَا، بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ.
And send blessings O Allah on Muhammad and his pure family.
wa salli allahumma 'ala muhammadin wa alihit-tahirin
وَصَلِّ اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ.
